Mục tiêu: Mô tả đặc điểm hạ thân nhiệt sớm của trẻ sơ sinh rất non tháng tại Bệnh viện Phụ sản Trung ương. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang thực hiện trên 333 trẻ sơ sinh rất non tháng tại Bệnh viện Phụ sản Trung ương từ 01/08/2023 đến 30/09/2024. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ hạ thân nhiệt sớm ở trẻ sơ sinh rất non tháng là 34,2%, trong đó chủ yếu là mức độ nhẹ (36 - 36,4°C) chiếm 33,3%, mức độ vừa (32 - 35,9°C) chiếm 0,9% và không ghi nhận trường hợp hạ thân nhiệt nặng (< 32°C). Hạ thân nhiệt sớm phổ biến nhất ở trẻ 28 tuần (61,3%) và thấp nhất ở nhóm 31 tuần (13,9%). Trẻ nhẹ cân so với tuổi thai có tỷ lệ hạ thân nhiệt cao hơn (64,3%) so với nhóm có cân nặng phù hợp với tuổi thai (31,5%). Về thời điểm, hạ thân nhiệt sớm chủ yếu xảy ra ngay sau sinh (64,9%), tiếp theo là sau thủ thuật đặt catheter tĩnh mạch rốn và bơm surfactant (35,1%). Thời gian hạ thân nhiệt sớm kéo dài ≥ 15 phút (62,3%), < 15 phút (37,7%). Kết luận: Hạ thân nhiệt sớm khá phổ biến ở trẻ sơ sinh rất non tháng, đặc biệt ở nhóm 28 tuần và nhẹ cân so với tuổi thai. Tình trạng này thường gặp ngay sau sinh và kéo dài ≥ 15 phút.
